What You'll Do
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and month-end close activities
- Analyze financial data and identify trends to support business decisions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
- Maintain fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner with leadership to improve accounting processes and internal controls
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- CPA designation or CPA track (not required)
