About the role
The Commercial Vehicle Group at Endeavor Business Media is seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to manage and grow national accounts. This role requires a combination of sales experience, strategic thinking, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a national book of business across the Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, and Trailer markets.
- Use active listening to uncover client pain points and strategic objectives, then recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop structured campaign plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and ROI targets.
- Present solutions clearly and concisely using slides or simple documents that communicate value beyond clicks and impressions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with editorial, audience development, marketing solutions, and production teams to ensure successful program execution.
- Confidently address objections, respond to client concerns, and negotiate effectively to close business.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the Commercial Vehicle Group at key industry tradeshows and customer events, including booth staffing, customer meetings, and follow-up outreach.
- Travel to customer meetings and industry events as needed to support account growth and relationship management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in media, marketing services, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and propose relevant solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads, pipeline activity, and client interactions.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving orientation focused on practical, value-driven solutions.
- Persistence, resilience, and a competitive, self-starter mindset.
- Comfort working tradeshows, customer events, and traveling to meet clients in person as required.
- Working knowledge of digital advertising and marketing automation principles is a plus.
Qualifications
- Understanding of digital advertising concepts, performance metrics, and integrated marketing solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Salary range: $68,000 - $82,000 annually, with a generous commission structure and anticipated OTE of $104,000 - $120,000.
