Senior Accounting Manager
Description
NetPlus Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Manager to oversee key accounting operations with a strong focus on accounts receivable, billing, financial reporting, and process improvement. This role plays an important part in supporting the financial health, operational efficiency, and member experience of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR and billing.
- Respond to escalated member inquiries related to payments, statements, and transaction history.
- Lead and support the AR and billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and effective member/customer communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and members to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports, AR metrics, and performance analytics.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and member experience.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and audit support as needed.
Educational, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on AR and billing.
- Demonstrates leadership potential with a strong ambition to mentor, guide, and develop others toward achieving team and organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software/ERP is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Possesses an honest and strong work ethic and respect for others.

Compensation
$120,000.00 per year
