Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Perform variance analysis and investigate accounting discrepancies
- Analyze financial data and identify trends or inconsistencies
- Lead or support process improvements, system implementations, and special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of accounting experience (real estate/property management preferred)
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles (CPA a plus)
