About the role
Join a dynamic team at Transaction Advisory Services. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and experience in transaction advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and reports for clients
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Oversee the implementation of internal controls and risk management strategies
- Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and analysts
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
