Senior Accountant – Full Cycle Financial Operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing the 'Full Cycle' of accounting (from AP/AR through Financial Reporting)
• 2+ years of experience using QuickBooks Online

The Mission

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Take total responsibility for the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Month-End Mastery: Assist the month-end close process with speed and precision, ensuring all reconciliations are flawless
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow reports to leadership
• Compliance & Integrity: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls to protect company assets
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily bank activity and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal financial flow
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven insights for budgeting, forecasting, and growth goals
