Responsibilities
- Prepare various financial analyses on a monthly basis including but not limited to Stock Based Compensation, Earnings per Share calculation and intangible asset rollforward along with necessary entries and present such information to Management.
- Prepare stock-based compensation forecast on a quarterly basis to support the Corporate FP&A Group for forecasting/budgeting purposes.
- Perform the Company’s Cost of Goods reconciliation from Hyperion to Cognos in order to support the Corporate FP&A Group for forecasting/budgeting purposes.
- Prepare the Company’s consolidated ASC842 lead schedules for both Lessor and Lessee.
- Prepare memos with proper supporting documentation and analysis for specific technical accounting issues.
- Update Integra Finance Policies and procedures to ensure compliance with latest US GAAP requirements.
- Prepare consolidating quarterly financial statement disclosure supporting schedules needed for internal and external reporting and disclosures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Requires regular interaction and consultation with local site finance teams concerning reporting matters (to ensure financial statements comply with US GAAP requirements and Integra Finance Policies and procedures).
- Prepare financial disclosure requirements for inclusion in SEC financial reports (10K, 10Q, 8K etc.).
- Interact with internal and external auditors to provide explanations and support for the financial statement audit.
- Aid with SOX compliance over the external financial reporting processes.
- Participate in the implementation, development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Aid the Controller of Financial Reporting and Group Controller with other special projects and analysis as required.
Qualifications
- The position requires excellent planning, time management, communication skills, regular interaction and coordination with the local site teams around the world.
- It also requires strong technical accounting skills and in-depth knowledge and understanding of financial reporting processes and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
- CPA is a plus, not required.
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably publicly traded companies.
- Detail oriented individual to have extensive computer skills and software package experience, preferably Oracle HFM, OneStream, PowerBI, Workiva and Equity Edge.
- Must have working knowledge of financial reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to publicly traded companies.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, performing accounting tasks and providing financial information on a timely basis.
- The individual must be highly detail oriented with strong computer skills, especially spreadsheet applications.
