Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries across multiple legal entities and reporting units
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany activity and consolidation
• Support month-end close and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment
• Aid in acquisition accounting and integration activities for newly acquired entities
• Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial scaling
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and internal controls
• Support ERP (NetSuite) and system-related projects, including data cleanup and implementations
• Aid in audits and prepare audit-ready documentation
• Participate in special projects related to acquisitions and bank consolidation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a multi-entity environment with intercompany accounting exposure
• Exposure to growth-minded private equity-backed companies with M&A experience
• Experience with ERP (NetSuite) implementation or large-scale system/process changes
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets in Power BI
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage both recurring and project-based work
