POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Accountant will be an integral part of our growing finance department, supporting key functions that ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations.
- Cook with HR to ensure accurate and timely payroll adjustments.
- Record and categorize expenses through our spend management tool.
- Review and approve expense submissions for compliance with company policies.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Prepare and post journal entries in QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain clean and accurate GL coding across departments.
- Manage rent payment calendar for all store locations.
- Track and reconcile lease obligations and escalate discrepancies.
- Aid in financial audits and data preparation.
- Support fixed asset tracking, accruals, and other period-end tasks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and real estate teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of accounting experience; payroll, and multi-location experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Rippling (or similar platforms).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Comfortable managing recurring schedules and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.

PAY
The pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year (Corporate Office)
