Senior Accountant

Tech Sales, LLC (PS=Ø) is a construction technology company, born from a 45+ year old engineering firm. We focus on helping project teams eliminate compromise in large-scale concrete construction. Our system was created to eliminate pour strips, helping concrete to cure and shrink without the delays and sacrifices traditional methods cause. Our system improves schedule certainty, jobsite safety, and long-term structural performance on complex projects across the country.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in St. Paul, MN. This role will also support Reigstad Engineers, Inc. and our portfolio of companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid with sales tax registration and monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales tax reporting
• Deposit checks and manage cash application
• Perform bank account reconciliations
• Conduct general ledger account reconciliation
• Manage accounts payable for multiple companies
• Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll and complete corresponding journal entries
• Handle project invoicing
• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors as needed
• Prepare month-end financial statements
• Reconcile inventory twice a month
• Process company credit cards
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

• Excellent communicator – phone and email

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Accounting or similar)
• Minimum of 5 years working experience
• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks

COMPENSATION & SUPPORT

• $90,000-110,000 Annually
