Responsibilities
- Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist in monthly and annual close activities, including posting journal entries, managing accruals, and reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors by preparing requested documentation, PBC reports, and addressing inquiries to facilitate a smooth audit process.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and enhance the accuracy of financial records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operational accounting team, customer service, and various internal partners to ensure all transactions are recorded properly and that financial information flows efficiently between departments.
Requirements
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to public accounting (audit) or a combination of public/private backgrounds.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Exposure to large ERP systems is a plus.

Pay
Compensation is determined by several factors, including skill set, experience level, and geographic location.
The range for this role is $90,000-$110,000 + Bonus DOE. Please note these ranges are estimates, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
