Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close through journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Manage AR collections and sales invoicing while partnering closely with sales and internal stakeholders
• Aid in audit preparation, GAAP compliance, and exposure to ASC 606 and ASC 842
• Contribute to budgeting, board reporting, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in GAAP, month-end close, and reconciliations
• Proven AR and collections experience with the emotional intelligence to handle professional, non-reactive conversations
• A self-starter who can independently learn processes and take initiative without heavy oversight
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, less structured environment where priorities can shift quickly

Pay

The expected range for this role is $75,000–$85,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule (onsite Tues–Thurs) with flexibility outside of peak season.
