Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities for leadership and stakeholders.
- Aid in financial audits by preparing supporting documentation, responding to auditor requests, and ensuring timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and posting journal entries.
- Prioritize and execute finance tasks in a complex, dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute as an integral member of the finance team.
- Manage business entity registrations and support ongoing compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and review general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience required.
- A high school degree or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- CPA certification preferred (or actively pursuing).
- Experience with general ledger reconciliations and day-to-day accounting processes.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Tax experience a plus.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.
- Able to focus on key priorities and thrive in a complex and ever-changing environment.
- A thorough understanding of all policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to the job.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
