Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Lead key aspects of the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and resolving issues in partnership with accounting, operations, and other teams.
• Manage complex accruals - including customer rebate programs - by analyzing trends, collaborating with budget owners, and adjusting estimates to ensure accurate payouts.
• Support budgeting alongside the Controller, contribute to CAPEX planning and fixed asset accounting, and play an active role in audit readiness and SOX compliance.
• Oversee inventory accounting, including cycle counts, WIP and raw materials review, and variance analysis, while leveraging tools like Business Central and Power BI to provide meaningful financial insights.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4+ years of experience (public accounting with manufacturing exposure considered).
• Strong financial analysis skills and an understanding of manufacturing accounting and inventory.
• CPA or CMA preferred.

Benefits

Salary range: $73,000 - $109,000 DOE
