Responsibilities
- Assists with financial reporting for the organization according to established procedures.
- Aids in the monthly financial close of assigned Hospital locations and prepares support for intercompany payments between among hospitals and holding entities.
- Completes monthly balance sheet reconciliation and provides support to Hospitals.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Takes a leadership role to guide and train accounting personnel in their daily, monthly, and annual tasks.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
