Job Responsibilities
- Provide error free analyses of accounts to the Controller and Assistant Controller
- Maintain cost accounting system; open jobs, maintain purchase orders, track/analyze cost, close jobs, and invoice customers
- Analyze job cost actual vs quote/purchase orders
- Support internal management with job costing reports and month end close as required
- Maintain work in process and fixed assets inventory, accruals and reconciliations
- Aid month end close process including financial analysis
- Aid in completion of reconciliations for month/quarter/year end
- Post Time and Material
- Maintain Accounts Receivable using our finance system
- Assist in intercompany accounting activities
- Month, Quarter, and Year end finance support
- Monthly reporting for intercompany charge backs
- Prepare reports and analysis for current/historical data during BP
- Support the business plan process
- Comply with Cosma Die Technology’s policies, procedures, and practices
- Provide support throughout the business plan process
- Provide support to the Controller to ensure financial reporting requirements are delivered accurately, timely, and meet all Magna Standards

Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
- 5-10 years’ accounting experience
- Experience in automotive preferred
- Fixed Asset management a plus
- Inventory management a plus
- Proficient in Excel
Physical Demands And Work Environment
