What You Will Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations to understand manufacturing performance and cost drivers
- Aid in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing analysis
- Support audits and strengthen internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements within accounting and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP
- Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Cost accounting experience
- Inventory accounting experience
- CPA or related certification
- ERP system experience
