Senior Accountant

Job Details

• Maintain and reconcile financial transactions within QuickBooks Desktop

• Oversee AP/AR processes including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

• Support payroll entries, employee reimbursements, and cash flow tracking

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting packages

• Aid in budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting

• Partner with ownership and external CPA firms on tax and compliance support

• Maintain organized accounting records and support audit/review activities

• Help improve accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience required

• Strong understanding of GAAP and operational accounting processes

• Experience within inventory-based, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, or small business environments preferred

• Strong reconciliation, reporting, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment

• Experience supporting external CPA/tax processes preferred

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
