Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly consolidated financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis
- Analyze and investigate balance sheet fluctuations, including complex account activity, and communicate findings to leadership
- Support general ledger integrity by developing and monitoring process controls across source systems, partnering with global teams
- Perform reconciliations between sub-ledgers and the general ledger to ensure accuracy of balance sheet accounts
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support the company’s overall financial position
- Assist with monthly close activities, including preparation, review, and balance sheet sign-off
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Access a plus)
- Experience with AS400 and/or Savvion strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of ownership and accountability
