Senior Accountant
Job Details
We are looking for good Staff and Senior Accountants to join our growing accounting teams. The ideal candidate will come with 3-5+ years experience, ideally within residential or commercial real estate backgrounds.
- Performs accounting functions under manager supervision including job costing, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Handles monthly entries in accounting software
- Assists with monthly draws for assigned portfolio
- Reconciles bank accounts and records banking activity
- Analyzes general ledger accounts and reconciles loans monthly
- Processes reimbursements to affiliate entities and projects
- Prepares accounting, asset management, and overhead billing
- Creates and posts allocation/reimbursement entries
- Produces monthly financial statements with supporting documentation
- Supports ad hoc projects as needed
