Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily accounting operations
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
• Managing and maintaining the company's asset register
• Analyzing financial data
• Participating in budgeting processes
• Collaborating with auditing services
• Developing and implementing effective accounting policies and processes
• Providing financial advice and guidance

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent numerical skills with an ability to spot inaccuracies
• The ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the construction industry
