About the role
Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies on time.
- Oversee the preparation of invoices and payments to vendors and clients.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
