About the role

Responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies on time.
  • Oversee the preparation of invoices and payments to vendors and clients.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
