What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Aid with audits and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred
