Senior Accountant Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned entities, including GL and journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and reconciliations
• Lead month-end close activities (accruals, payables, adjustments)
• Support audits and prepare audit schedules
• Handle sales tax, union reporting, and compliance-related tasks
• Maintain accurate records within Sage and CMiC systems

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong experience with month-end close, GL, and financial reporting
• Experience with Sage and/or CMiC systems preferred
• Exposure to audits, sales tax, or union reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
