Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities

• Manage high volume billing activities and ensure accurate revenue recording across multiple channels.
• Support month end close by preparing billing data, journal entries, and required schedules.
• Perform reconciliations between subledgers and the general ledger to maintain data accuracy.
• Analyze financial results and investigate variances within internal reporting.
• Assist with audit preparation and contribute to process improvements and internal controls.

Requirements

• Several years of accounting experience with strong exposure to billing and revenue processes.
• Prioritized experience working in fast paced, high volume environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
• Proficiency with Excel and experience using accounting or financial systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team oriented and interactive work environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with enterprise accounting systems.
• Background in consumer products, retail, or multi channel environments.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• An organized and adaptable work style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Pay

Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $43.00 per hour.
