Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigned General Ledger accounts, activity and preparation of financial reports, including reconciliation and analysis of account activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Ensure deadlines for month-end close and financial reporting requirements are met and all accounting and reporting activities are performed in accordance with GAAP.
- Work closely with other team members to analyze and resolve accounting issues as they arise.
- Prepare complex journal entries and maintain supporting files and documentation.
- Reconcile related party and intercompany accounts.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy, appropriate coding and accrue when necessary.
- Provide financials for budget/forecast, as needed.
- Perform moderately complex work requiring independent judgement and practical application of accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Enhance and streamline daily as well as month-end accounting processes, as needed.
- Collaborate with the Controller, Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager to develop processes and controls to ensure clean and accurate financial reporting.
- Support for accounting projects and financial system implementations.
- Support to auditors, as required.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Prior experience at a Big 4 or regional firm is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA or MBA is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to use problem solving skills and be a “go-getter”.
- Effective communication skills for team members across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel to LA office, as needed.

- Annual Pay Range: $71,600.00 - $109,700.00
