Job Responsibilities
- Aid in journal entries, transaction reviews, and balance sheet reconciliations during month/quarter ends.
- Create and maintain timely and accurate audited financial statements according to US GAAP.
- Support the preparation of quarterly management reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
- Maintain the fixed asset register to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects to support financial operations as directed by the Financial Controller.
- Gather information from various departments to support financial reporting needs.
- Promote data integrity by ensuring accuracy in all financial documents and reports.
Job Qualifications
- CPA certification with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a multi-currency Financial Services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in US GAAP.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (ERP systems experience is a plus).
