Senior Accountant

About the role

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end accounting process excellence across North America, shifting from transactional execution to process ownership, automation, and value creation. The position ensures operational integrity within a hybrid operating model.

Responsibilities

• Governing activities performed by the Shared Services Center (India COE)
• Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
• Strengthening internal controls and compliance
• Enhancing financial insights to support regional decision-making
• Serve as a key connector between local finance, shared services, and corporate, enabling scalable, technology-driven processes and promoting global best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA strongly preferred and/or Master’s degree
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience
