- Prepare monthly financial statements for leadership review and banking requirements.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules for revenue, progress billing, customer deposits, and other accounting activity.
- Prepare routine state and local tax filings, track applicable deadlines, and coordinate required payments.
- Support year-end close and coordinate with our outside accounting firm on corporate tax matters, year-end adjustments, fixed assets, and other complex accounting matters.
- Complete required financial and compliance reporting and work with leadership and other departments to gather information needed for accurate and timely accounting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant accounting experience will also be considered.

- Manufacturing or job-shop accounting experience, including exposure to job costing, WIP, and inventory accounting, is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and work independently.
