This role serves as a key architect of financial integrity, overseeing core financial activities and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a key architect of financial integrity, overseeing core financial activities and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
- Prepares periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
- Researches and analyzes to identify bottlenecks in Labor Inventory processes and recommends improvements.
- Reconciles Labor inventory transactions between ERP and accounting systems and ADP, improving audit readiness.
- Manages intercompany eliminations.
- Verifies that revenue recognition is properly applied each time monthly accruals for work in process are recorded.
- Accurately records and reconciles lease liabilities and right-of-use assets in compliance with ASC 842.
- Ensures that Prepaid Rent is properly reconciled and all rent payments are made according to Lease and associated contracts.
- Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
- Effectively and clearly communicates (i.e., speaks, writes, reads) in English.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline required.
- CPA license preferred or an intent to obtain CPA.
- A valid driver’s license approved for airline travel and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Three to five years of accounting experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
- Highly proficient with accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Knowledge of Corridor and Great Plains Dynamics preferred.
- Knowledge of FinQuery for Leases is preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position generally ranges between $80K - $95K. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
