About the role

As Senior Account Manager at Propark Mobility, you will assist and train managers in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues. You will oversee the customer service program at assigned locations to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will organize and maintain all equipment and uniform needs, prepare annual budgets, and act as the primary point of contact with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Aid and train managers in addressing customer complaints and operational issues.
  • Oversee the customer service program at assigned locations to enhance customer and client satisfaction.
  • Organize and maintain all equipment and uniform needs, including shuttle buses, signs, key boxes, tickets, cones, jackets, etc.
  • Prepare annual budgets to ensure proper plans for revenue generation, staff allocation, and operating expenses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with clients and maintain high levels of relationship satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.

Requirements

  • Operational and financial acumen.

  • Impeccable conversational and written communication skills.
  • Motivated individual with management experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably including parking experience.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, and decisive.
  • An exceptional way with people who consistently deliver extraordinary results.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive management and operational experience in hospitality, parking, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client focus and the ability to work with all staff levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and ADP.
