Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients, driving both renewal and expansion revenue
- Build and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders across CPG clients
- Develop a strong understanding of client business models and position Statista as a strategic data partner
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including cross-sell and upsell of Statista’s data and research solutions
- Lead complex commercial conversations, including pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and multi-year agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Represent Statista within the media and agency ecosystem, contributing to brand presence and thought leadership
- Consistently exceed individual revenue targets and contribute to broader team success
Qualifications / Experience
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales within consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex deal cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with SaaS or subscription-based products strongly preferred
- Able to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
- High ownership mindset with a drive to exceed targets
