About the role
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the Renewal Sales team. This position is fixed term and requires on-site work.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the Renewal Sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client retention
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
