Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Book Management: Strategically manage a book of business above $1 million in revenue, ensure timely update of client, prospects, partners and vendors.
- Demonstrate the ability to illustrate the value of products and services to create growth, compile and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and support proactive strategies and processes to support the end to end management of a book of strategic accounts. Activities include monitoring utilization and growth data, quarterbacking sales, operations and Account Managers to support clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Work across operations, Account Managers, sales and client contacts to support proactive management of key clients.
- Account Expansion: Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients; introduce new products, services, or platform features aligned with client needs.
- Retention & Renewals: Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates by addressing issues quickly, demonstrating ongoing value, and driving successful renewals.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop account growth strategies and success plans tailored to client business objectives, ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term goals.
- Consultative Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging healthcare and industry knowledge to recommend solutions that improve efficiency, patient engagement, and outcomes.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations, implementation, clinical, and product teams to deliver on client expectations and support growth initiatives.
- Client Advocacy: Represent client feedback internally to influence product development and service enhancements.
- Performance & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account activity in CRM systems; consistently meet or exceed client growth and retention targets.
