Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop sales, profits, and relationships with potential clients, focusing on selling the complete EMCOR Service operations, maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy solution package.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop sales presentations and prospect for new accounts.
• Provide clients with product services and information.
• Maintain client pricing and payments, manage A/R, and handle client correspondence.
• Create and deliver client presentations.
• Prepare and review client proposal documents, including financial and technical sections.
• Manage through analysis and solution-based programs to maximize sales growth, volume, and profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Research and contact prospective clients through various methods.
• Work with the Director of Business Development, Project Managers, and Engineering Supervisors to improve account programs.
• Develop and write sales proposals to achieve defined margin levels and market share.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred.
• 8+ years’ sales experience in HVAC commercial service and/or building automation.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in a Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environment.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, including cost modeling for sales proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making is required.
• Computer skills using MS Office, with strong Excel skills.

Pay

$130,000 - $152,000 per year.
