Responsibilities

  • Leads customer conversations with business level insights to establish value and create demand.
  • Actively listens to identify concerns and acts as a facilitator to help the customer buy, including developing project business cases, financial proformas, and validating business outcomes.
  • Gathers and validates preliminary information, performs facility walkthroughs, construction plan reviews, or other requirements.
  • Manages complaints, resolves conflicts, and negotiates solutions to reconcile differences while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Consultative Selling: Forms trusting relationships with clients, communicates their requirements and desires, and offers solutions that provide value and meet their needs.
  • Takes a consultative and strategic approach to pursue new business and grow existing account relationships.
  • Initiative: Proactively assesses situations, takes action, and anticipates future problems, needs, or opportunities.
  • Industry and Market Analysis: Gathers and analyzes information to derive insights about the context in which a business operates to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Facilitate discovery and qualify opportunities early in the buying and selling process.
  • Prioritization: Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
  • Solves complex problems and implements solutions.
  • Team Selling: Works with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS).
  • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
  • A desire to understand our business and passion to connect current and potential customers with service offerings designed to create efficient and sustainable buildings.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
  • Strong financial and business acumen and self-starter mindset.
  • Available for local travel.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included.

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range: $121,900.00 - $285,000.00

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, work onsite with colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
