Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client and vendor service issues while driving timely execution of client lifecycle deliverables in support of the ConsultantLead
- Coordinate and triage requests across internal and external teams, perform quality reviews, mentor Analysts, and stay current on industry trends and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
- State Life & Health License required
- 2+ years of client-facing or account management experience (4–7 years for Senior designation) with strong technical knowledge of employee benefits
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support client needs from both strategic and tactical perspectives
Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
