About the role
The Senior Account Executive is Kargo's boots-on-the-ground revenue driver in their territory. This role exists to build real partnerships, close meaningful deals, and bring the market's pulse back into Kargo.
Responsibilities
- Quota achievement and forecast accuracy
- Active and expanding relationships with key WPP and agency partners
- Proactive sourcing of new business opportunities
- Regularly providing market intelligence to product and strategy teams
- Strategically activating internal teams at the right moments to strengthen proposals and client experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising
- Established relationships within WPP and broader agency holding company networks
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals
- Fluency in digital ad products, programmatic mechanics, and competitive landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience selling consultative or custom solutions
- Existing relationships with brand-side contacts
Skills
- Core Technical Capabilities:
- 4+ years of experience selling digital, CTV, and programmatic advertising
- Established relationships within WPP and broader agency holding company networks
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and close deals
