Position Summary
Sikich is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Executive to accelerate growth within our LegalTech practice. This role is well suited for a consultative seller who understands the intersection of legal, technology, and trusted client relationships and can position business outcomes—not just products.
What will you do in this role?
- Drive New Business Growth – Lead business development efforts for Sikich’s LegalTech consulting practice, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build Executive Relationships – Develop and maintain relationships with legal industry executives and key decision-makers to generate new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Position LegalTech Solutions – Identify and pursue opportunities for LegalTech implementation, integration, advisory, managed services, and support offerings.
- Manage Sales Pipeline & Revenue Targets – Own pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment while maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity.
- Lead Opportunity Execution – Manage complex professional services opportunities from qualification through contract execution, coordinating internal stakeholders and resources throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with delivery, solutions, marketing, business development, and pre-sales teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor and drive successful outcomes.
- Expand Market Presence – Represent Sikich at industry conferences, client events, partner forums, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships – Build and strengthen relationships with software vendors, channel partners, and strategic alliances to support growth initiatives.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
- BS/BA or 7+ years relevant experience
- 7+ years proven track record hitting/exceeding sales quota targets
- 7+ years selling complex solutions and managing Key Accounts
- Experience selling LegalTech professional services
- Prior experience working in a consulting company environment is preferred
- Ability to travel 20% to 40%
