About the role

NetDocuments is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned territory to increase revenues within the large enterprise space. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and motivating sales into Enterprise or large accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Build own pipeline
  • Responsible to hit and exceed revenue quota
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
  • Understand client needs and hunt for new business opportunities
  • Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
  • Retain and develop strong and long-term client relationships
  • Act as the liaison between clients and resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements
  • Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends in the market

Requirements

  • Experience selling legal tech or similar
  • 7+ years enterprise B2B sales
  • SAAS experience
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets selling into legal and other related corporate departments
  • Experienced in leveraging proven enterprise sales methodologies, such as MEDPPICC

Pay

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
