Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities
- Create and manage pipelines from start to finish with high outbound activity efforts (75 dials/day), including working with cold accounts and warm marketing leads.
- Consistently overachieve monthly revenue quotas as well as daily, weekly, monthly activity expectations.
- Manage a diverse pipeline, including navigating short and longer, multi-decision maker sales processes.
- Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong, crisp and on-point presentation.
- Hold meetings with stakeholders, sell with curiosity, perform great discovery on their business needs, pain points and solution impact, and close new deals.
- Proactively identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of processes, efficiency and productivity.
- Act as an ambassador of the TKWW culture and values by being passionate about serving our couples and vendors.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, selling to SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent monthly quota attainment.
- High-volume inside B2B cold calling phone sales experience is required.
- Ability to organize work days and be proactive with time management.
- Prowess in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and competitive team environment.
- Ability to work independently, as well as be a collaborative team member.
- Knowledge of different sales methodologies and a curiosity to be proactive and creative in new and different methods to reach success.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions and evaluate results.
- Possesses grit and drive to improve one’s own sales efficiency and performance.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Salesforce proficiency, experience with Gong preferred.
- Customer-facing experience; tradeshows and events preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written and listening communication skills with ability to engage and persuade.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proactive culture keeper- sharing successes and uplifting others around them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Skills

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, and generous leave policies. Annual salary range: $42,500 USD - $70,000 USD.
Pay
Starting pay is determined based on a combination of factors which may include location/market, education, experience, skills, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
This role is fully remote and not tied to any specific office location. While there are no regular in-office requirements, we encourage our remote team members to gather intentionally for key company and team events.
