Senior Account Executive
About the role
You are passionate about translating scientific knowledge into meaningful stories. In this role with GENICOS, you will serve as the primary customer contact on a project management level. This position is responsible for the day-to-day account workload and execution of tactical objectives aligned with the overall brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead for tactical work including securing information for the internal team, communicating with brand team, leading customer status meetings, participating in regulatory/medical reviews, etc.
- Drive customer process by possessing a deep understanding of customer requirements and systems to effectively drive projects to completion
- Build/foster relationships with customers and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactic objectives and business needs
- Work to stay current with brand information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and understand the brand’s strategic goals/objectives
Requirements
- 2 years’ relevant customer experience in marketing or healthcare or other related disciplines or, 1+ years’ relevant agency side experience or, 1+ years’ experience in a Project Management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Desired Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Professional
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
