Responsibilities
- Build the U.S. Market
- Establish Decisyon’s presence within targeted enterprise manufacturing accounts
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities aligned with our ICP
- Develop and execute account-based strategies for strategic prospects
- Own and Close Enterprise Deals
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through contract execution
- Engage C-level stakeholders (COO, CIO, Head of Manufacturing, Digital Transformation leaders)
- Drive structured sales motions including demos, business cases, and ROI justification (CVA)
- Convert Proof-of-Concept engagements into production SaaS deployments
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Collaborate with Marketing on demand generation and positioning
- Work with Product and Delivery teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities
- Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and competitive positioning
- Establish a Scalable Sales Playbook
- Define repeatable sales processes, qualification criteria, and deal strategies
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy
- Lay the foundation for scaling the U.S. sales organization
