Senior Account Executive
Brief Description
Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status.
Serve as the lead contact for assigned projects.
Attend and participate in team meetings.
Support client services efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the project management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in projects.
Drive the daily activities of a project by overseeing project scope, changes, and roadblocks within timelines and budgets.
Client Engagement
- Prepare concise status and contact reports, outlining next steps, key dates, and deliverables.
- Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical-legal-regulatory compliance and submission requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of assigned brands and industry trends.
- Leverage the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership, partnership, professionalism, innovation, integrity, accountability and quality.
Financials
- Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct and labor costs, checking for out of scope items and hours.
- Partner with relevant team members to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgets.
- Aid in preparing financial and forecasting reports.
Process
- Operate within established client and agency processes.
- Owes and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversight.
- Co-create project briefs with account team.
- Attend and participate in client meetings as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within a pharmaceutical agency.
- Experience with direct client contact.
- Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems (e.g. Veeva) for medical-legal-regulatory reviews.
- Experience in writing Service Order Writings (SOWs) and project briefs.
- Pharmaceutical drug launch experience (preferred).
- Ability to travel for onsite meetings (as requested).
