About the role

You’ll lead full sales cycles - from discovery to signed contract
You’ll own relationships with CFOs and Controllers, deeply understanding their workflows and pain points
You’ll demonstrate how DualEntry delivers clarity, automation, and 10× efficiency to their accounting operations
You’ll refine messaging, build talk tracks, test hypotheses, battlecards and shape how we sell
You’ll collaborate closely with founders, GTM, product, and marketing teams
You’ll serve as the bridge between customers and product - influencing roadmap and positioning

Responsibilities

  • Lead full sales cycles - from discovery to signed contract
  • Own relationships with CFOs and Controllers, deeply understanding their workflows and pain points
  • Demonstrate how DualEntry delivers clarity, automation, and 10× efficiency to their accounting operations
  • Refined messaging, build talk tracks, test hypotheses, battlecards and shape how we sell
  • Collaborate closely with founders, GTM, product, and marketing teams
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and product - influencing roadmap and positioning
  • Help scale our sales motion with speed, precision, and high accountability

Requirements

  • Hardcore work ethic and high agency
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Confidence selling to CFOs and finance leaders, navigating multiple stakeholder cycles
  • Structured, analytical, and a strong relationship-builder
  • Thrives in early-stage chaos with an early product
  • Proactive, curious, and energized by ownership and impact
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments
  • Strong preference for accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 experience is a bonus)

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting processes

Benefits

  • Equity: $35,000 - $50,000
  • Base Salary: $110,000 – $150,000
  • Commission: $100,000 – $150,000 (uncapped)
  • OTE: $220,000 - $340,000
  • 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
