Senior Account Executive

Job Description

Our client is seeking a driven, high-performance Account Manager to build and grow client relationships, support talent acquisition needs, and own business development in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This is a full sales cycle role with uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives under pressure and is motivated by results.

Minimum Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer-facing role
• Demonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2-3 years of experience in recent roles strongly preferred
• Proven success in a high-performance, quota-carrying sales or business development role
• Strong prospecting, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills
• Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality – you generate opportunity, not wait for it
• Coachable and resilient, with the ability to adapt quickly and operate with autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
• Background in staffing, recruiting, technology sales, or consultative selling
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a territory or book of business
• Prior experience in a commission-based, performance-reward culture
• Passion for technology, staffing, or solutions-oriented sales

Pay

$60,000 - $85,000 base uncapped commission

Schedule

Hybrid, Boston, MA (1 day in office per week, Tuesdays)
