What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention.
  • Communicate the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess the ability to prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring they align with our product offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Present and sell new products to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements: Speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience, communicating the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert.

Who You Are

  • Passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales in a business-to-business sales environment or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.

Physical Considerations

  • Ability to work in a remote office environment.
  • Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone.

Travel Considerations

  • Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%.
