Key Responsibilities

  • Mastery of product and solution knowledge from multiple providers to promote benefits and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing client accounts using Salesforce CRM and engaging prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conducting in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to identify customer needs and business challenges.
  • Developing strategic plans to enhance customer experience and generate revenue streams.
  • Collaborating with technical experts to support sales efforts and customer success.
  • Building high-level relationships within a diverse customer base for long-term growth.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and independent work skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the local market; valid driver’s license required.
