Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the quick-service restaurant segment across the US and international markets
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and franchise owners
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations customized to customer needs
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to align customer requirements and ensure excellent service
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives
- Strong understanding of business metrics and ROI, with the ability to negotiate based on defined performance parameters
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Able to manage travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments is a plus
