About the role
Greene Resources is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of the parcel shipping industry, including experience working with or selling against major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other large parcel providers.
- Knowledge of common customer pain points related to shipping costs, service levels, contract management, and operational challenges.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ask effective probing questions to uncover business challenges and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including CFOs, COOs, Vice Presidents, and Directors.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-10 years of experience within a large parcel company (FedEx or UPS)
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Sales experience
- Consultative selling techniques
- Customer relationship management
Benefits
- 3 weeks PTO first year, 4 weeks 2nd year

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
